Who is the face being Rand Designs? It's Chelsea. 

Chelsea is a Florida girl with a love for all things chic, timeless, and effortlessly cool. She has an eye for beautiful design, a heart for adventure, and a passion for the jewelry industry that runs deep. From sun-soaked beaches to the vibrant seasons of Tennessee, Chelsea’s journey has been anything but ordinary—leading her to where she is today as the proud owner of a brand she truly loves.

Her story started with a leap of faith. After working for another jewelry company she adored but had outgrown, she took a chance, packed her bags, and followed her youngest brother to Chattanooga. With no set plan, just a gut feeling that something bigger was ahead, she started applying for advertising jobs—until fate (and a family friend) led her straight to Jonesy Wood.

From the very first conversation, it just clicked. Chelsea joined the company in 2019, seamlessly transitioning into her role and quickly becoming an integral part of the team. When COVID hit and the business had to pivot, she stepped up, taking on new responsibilities in wholesale, product photography, and operations. As Jonesy and Chelsea worked side by side, their shared vision grew stronger—especially when they took a bold step into permanent jewelry, well before it became a widespread trend.

Over the years, Chelsea played a key role in shaping the brand, designing collections, running the business, and keeping things thriving when Jonesy spent summers in France with her family. Their partnership flourished, built on trust, creativity, and a mutual love for the jewelry industry. As Jonesy’s life shifted, the conversation naturally turned to the future of the company. When the time came for her to step away and focus on her family, she passed the torch to Chelsea—knowing the brand would be in the best possible hands.

With a deep love for jewelry and nearly a decade of experience, Chelsea is taking the brand into its next chapter, bringing fresh energy, new designs, and the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship. While she knew a rebrand was essential to make it her own, her heart remains rooted in everything she’s come to love about this industry.

What does Chelsea Love Most?

My family, dog and wine! Her family is my biggest support system and also some of her best friends! She has a family group text that goes off daily from everything to daily bible verses to life and life and sports updates. She even named pieces from her first solo collection after some of my cousins 🤍 

Her dog, Finley, is part human part dog and she loves her more than anything! She snoozes on the job but keeps her company in the studio most days 🥰

She loves a good glass of red wine! It’s her go to drink of choice and hits the spot every time!

Chelsea designs for herself,  and the other women in her life! She's been blessed to have been gifted and passed down some stunning solid gold pieces that she will cherish forever and she loves to draw inspiration from her heirlooms to create more obtainable pieces for everyday.
